The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February                                                            
16 calendar (page 2453), was read the third time:                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 20(JUD)                                                                                              
     "An Act relating to marriage solemnization; and authorizing                                                                
     elected public officials in the state to solemnize marriages."                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSHB 20(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                             
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
